Operating instruction

Prepare phase A in the main vessel and heat at 85°C. Control that everything is melted and that the phase is homogeneous.
In another vessel prepare the pigment phase B: wet pigments with the other ingredients and use a three-roll mill to get a homogeneous paste. Add phase B into phase A at 85°C and disperse with rotor stator. Control that everything is well dispersed.
Add powder phase C into phase A+B at 85°C and disperse with rotor stator. Control that everything is well dispersed.
Add phase D under stirring and mix until everything is homogeneous.
Pour at 80°C ± 2°C in a mold previously heated at 40°C.
Let cool down at room temperature and then freeze for 15-20 minutes.
