Operating instruction

Heat the water of phase A1 at 75°C and disperse with high shear Avicel® PC 611 for 15 minutes.
Prepare the premix of phase A2 and add into A1 with moderate shear for 5-10 minutes until homogeneous. Maintain phase A1+A2 at 70°C.
Heat phase B at 70°C.
Proceed with the emulsion at 70°C: add phase B into A and mix under high shear (3000 rpm) for 10 minutes.
Cool down under moderate shear and below 35-40°C add the ingredients of phase C one by one.
Adjust pH with phase D.
