In a few words
This SPF50 Lotion is the perfect texture for body application without any sticky feel. Due to its low viscosity, this formula is super easy to spread on the skin. As every suncare formulation with chemical UV filters only, the oil phase is quite important in the formula. However, 4% of Emulium® Dermolea MB is sufficient to emulsify this oil phase without co-emulsifier.

Operating instruction
- Heat demineralized water at 75°C and add Kelco-Care™ diutan gum under stirring then let the gel swell under mixing for 10min.
- Add A2.
- Heat phase B2 at 78°C under stirring until complete solubilization of the UV filters, then let it cool to 70-75°C.
- Then add B1 into B2 and stir until complete solubilization.
- Add B (70°C) to A (70°C) under stirring and homogenize for 10 min at 2000rpm.
- Then cool to 50°C under mixing 1000rpm.
- Add phase C premixed to emulsion under stirring and homogenize for 2min at 2000rpm.
- Cool to 35°C and add one by one under mixing phases D, E, and F.
- Complete cooling to 25°C under mixing.
