Operating instruction
- Prepare A1 and heat to 75°C.
- Prepare A2: under mixing, add Actigum CS 11 QD, then the premix Glycerin + Satiaxane VPC 911 to water and heat to 75°C.
- Under slow mixing, add A3 to A1+A2. - Prepare B and heat to 75°C.
- Without mixing, add B to A, then mix slowly (around 400 rpm) with a defloculent (no rotor stator).
- Continue mixing at around 400 rpm for about 10 min. - Cool under slow mixing and at about 35°C, add C.
