Operating instruction
- Solubilize phase A1.
- In another vessel prepare phase A2, making the premix with glycerin and xanthan gum. Once homogeneous, add into A1 and disperse with rotor stator (2000 RPM) for 5-10 minutes. Check the homogeneity.
- In the main vessel, weigh phase B. Disperse the Bentone gel® with rotor stator (2000 RPM) for 5-10 minutes. Check the homogeneity.
- Proceed with the emulsion: Add slowly (A1+A2) into B and increase step by step the mixing speed until reaching 3000 RPM, for 10-15 minutes.
- Under moderate stirring add ingredients of phase C one by one.
