Operating instruction

In the main vessel, weight and heat phase A at 40°C to melt Lipocire™ A SG.
Add phase B and disperse with rotor stator until the phase is homogeneous.
Prepare the pigment phase C: wet pigments with Labrafac™ CC MB and Emulium® Illustro and use a three-roll mill to get a homogeneous paste with no undispersed particles. Add it to phase A+B and disperse the pigment paste with high shear or rotor stator. Check that everything is well dispersed.
Prepare water phase D, heat at 40°C and solubilize the electrolytes.
Proceed with the emulsion of phase D into phase A+B+C at 40°C under medium shear, and then increase to high shear (2500/3000 rpm) for 10 minutes.
Cool down under moderate shear and below 30°C add phase E and the powders of phase F. Mix under moderate shear for 5-10 minutes, until complete incorporation.
Add then phases G and H one by one, under low shear and check that the final product is homogeneous.
